TERMS & CONDITIONS

Use of and/or booking services with Great Details Auto Care herein acknowledges acceptance to the following terms and conditions.

Deposit & Payment Term

  • Deposits are due within 12 hours of invoice receipt. Failure to complete deposit within 12 hours will result in automatic cancellation of booking

  • Deposit amount will be applied to total invoice upon completion of service - only total owing less the deposit will be charged  to you

  • Failure to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or adjustments will result in forfeit of deposit. Exceptions may be made in the case of emergency, injury, loss of use of vehicle, etc. Please get in touch as soon as possible to discuss reschedule

  • Failure to attend appointment booking for reasons other than genuine emergency situations will result in forfeit of deposit

  • All deposit payments are processed securely using only verified providers. We accept Credit, Debit Card, ACH Payment or the option to "Pay In Person". Payments are due within 12 hours of booking. Deposits may be made at our shop with cash, credit, debit, or check.

  • Payment is due upon pickup of vehicle unless otherwise agreed in the service contract. A $50 late fee will be applied to all invoices after 14 days non-payment.

Service Guarantee

  • Great Details guarantees workmanship to be free from/not cause damage or defects in regular circumstances. If there is clear and probable cause that the service was not completed as ordered, Great Details shall provide a partial/full refund and/or re-do the service. 

  • Great Details will provide information and recommendations for the upkeep and maintenance of work completed on your vehicle. Should you have any questions, I can be reached any time at the phone number provided.

  • Cleaning or repairing the vehicle personally or professionally after the initial service without authorization from Great Details voids this Service Guarantee. Re-dos, refunds, or reimbursements will not be made after any unauthorized cleaning or repairs.

  • Failure to disclose at the time of booking any conditional issues that involve heavy stains, foul odors, human or animal biological waste, mold, mildew, chemical spills, chemical over-spray, or any other hazardous materials, voids this service guarantee. No refunds, re-dos, or any additional work will be performed outside of the original package or estimate unless discussed otherwise. Great Details reserves the right to refuse service at appointment time in these circumstances.

  • Any claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery of the vehicle by phone, text, or email. Claims made by reviews online or social media may be missed and/or will not be accepted. Claims must be filled with photographs of the area and a detailed description of the issue. Great Details collects and keeps photographs of each vehicle before/after. Tampering with the vehicle's finished product voids this service guarantee.

  • Great Details is not responsible for any damage or defects caused by negligence on the client's behalf. Failure to disclose vehicle issues, including but not limited to mechanical issues, rust, repainted areas, repainted/refinished surfaces, compromised surfaces, etc will void any and all guarantee and responsibility by Great Details. 

  • Clients should remove any belongings/valuables prior to service. Great Details takes every precaution to ensure the safety of your property however we cannot be held liable for damage/loss to belongings and/or accessories during a service.

  • All services are performed at the customers own risk. It is a mutual understanding between Great Details and clients that the vehicle will be able to withstand the normal detailing or tinting processes. 

  • The time frame for services is an estimate. We cannot guarantee a firm time frame as every vehicle may have different processes or requirements.

  • Every effort will be made to maintain the appointment date/time chosen by the client, however in some cases (technical error, emergency, etc) your appointment may need to be adjusted. Great Details will make the client aware at their earliest convenience and make every attempt to fit the client in at a convenient time for them.

  • Services may be subject to a deposit. This deposit is to ensure Great Details and their client are at a mutual understanding of the contract being entered into by both parties. For deposit terms and conditions, please see above.

  • Great Details reserves the right to refuse service for any reason deemed harmful, detrimental, or otherwise necessary. 

  • Great Details has a zero tolerance policy for abuse towards staff or our clients. Great Details reserves the right to immediately terminate any service in progress or cancel future appointments to abide by this policy.

  • Great Details reserves the right to charge a maximum of $75. for services above and beyond the original agreed service.

  • Surcharges and fees may be charged for vehicles with excessive pet hair, sap, mud, dirt, oil, leaks, stains, and hazardous/bio-hazardous waste including but not limited to urine, blood, vomit, mold, feces, gasoline, etc.

  • Price listings are an average starting rate and not set as "firm" quotes. Accurate quotes can be provided in-person or by direct contact only.

  • Waivers, inspection forms, and/or release forms may be requested in accordance with local laws.
